Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute test cases and test plans
- Identify, record, and track bugs using tools like JIRA
- Perform different types of testing: Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Integration
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure quality
- Document testing results and communicate findings
Requirements:
- 0–4 years of experience in manual testing
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Basic understanding of APIs and database testing is a plus
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
